Konsensus was born out of a need.

Our co-founders, James and Zach, had both experienced the collective sale journey - one from the inside as a unit owner, the other from the property development world. And both saw the same thing: a process full of potential, but too hard to navigate without help.

James, an apartment owner in Willoughby, NSW, wanted to explore a collective sale with his neighbours. But there was no clear path. No simple guide. No company dedicated to helping owners come together and make informed decisions.

After speaking with Zach, a close friend and experienced property developer, they saw the opportunity clearly. If they were struggling - with James as an owner and Zach as someone who lives and breathes property - then everyday apartment owners across Australia must be hitting the same roadblocks.

That's why they created Konsensus.

Konsensus exists to make collective sales simpler, clearer and fairer for owners. We bring neighbours together, guide the process step by step, and give owners the tools and confidence to make empowered decisions - without needing to be experts themselves.

At its heart, Konsensus is for the owner first. Because we believe selling as a group shouldn't feel overwhelming. It should feel like an opportunity.
